WALKS & STORIES

Prince Albert Stories I can join you for a pre-dinner glass of wine to tell stories about Prince Albert - how we came to have this intriguing name, experiences from the Anglo-Boer War, our Gold Rush, how the Swartberg Pass came to be built and anecdotes about curious characters such as Hennie 'Velsambreel" - the umbrella man whose nephew pushed him round the village in a cart. The hour-long programme includes entertaining yarns, little known facts, good laughs and a couple of ghost stories. From time to time I organise story-telling evenings around a camp-fire. Please contact me for more details. Contact Ailsa at 023 5411 211 e-mail: story@storyweaver.co.za
